enhancing your document presentation. This compact desk-top machine provide
saddle and side stapling or folding only, for A4 and A5 books with different
staple locations. Ideal applications include school, church and association
magazines, small handbooks, orders of service and information manuals. It is
also easy to operate:-
Place the sheets in the bookie between the user friendly paper size guides
Move the staple lever across and back, as the handle is drawn back, the Bookie

Plockmatic 60 Bookletmaker
 The Plockmatic 60
is a powerful, extremely quiet and compact sized automatic binding system for easy and
fast production of booklets up to 22 sheets (88 pages) at a rate up to 1800 booklets/
hour.
The main features are :- Automatic stapling and folding enables fast and easy production
of A4, A5 or A6 booklets from A3, A4 or A5 documents. Stapling and folding can be done
separately. The speed can be adjusted to suit the operator and application. A wide range
of paper weights and qualities can be handled. Various different types of booklet can be
produced.
The Plockmatic 61 is a cost effective, compact and completely quiet
bookletmaker for on-line operation with the Plockmatic 300/400
collator series. A fully integrated system with two-way electronic communication for
safe and accurate production through the entire system at all times. The Plockmatic 61 can
also with a simple adjustment be used as a stand alone bookletmaker for manual feeding.
Other features are as Plockmatic 60 plus side and back jogging for perfect alignment of
collated sets.

collator series . Collated sheets are aligned and stapled in the top left
hand corner. Stapled sets are delivered in the collators receiving tray. A4
paper size at the rate of 1500 sets per hour.

Nagel M2
 The M2 is a compact, quiet
and user friendly low cost bookletmaker ideal for producing A4/A5 catalogues, price lists,
handbooks and reports etc. The M2 has an operating capacity of up to 60 pages (15 sheets)
and a comprehensive range of stapling configurations.
Nagel Foldnak 40
The Foldnak 40 is
designed for medium run bookletmaking. It has sensors which recognise when the booklet has
been 'knocked up' from head to tail. At this point the side jogger activates to produce a
precisely accurate booklet. There are 'low staple' indicators on both heads and a counter
showing the number of booklets produced. It also features a back jogger and control system to link
to collators for on-line operation. The Foldnak 40 can produce booklets of up to
25 sheets (80gsm) and up to 1500 booklets per hour. The Foldnak 40 can also be
