provides an ideal solution. Holding up to 400 A3 sheets and folding at 230
sheets every minute, the performance is remarkable.
Intelligent paper guides sense standard paper sizes and adjust the six built-in
fold modes to suit. The non-standard paper mode enables the operator to input
the paper length which then automatically sets the standard fold modes as
before. Custom fold configurations can also be stored in one of the two easily
recalled memories.
The high capacity feed tray is simple to load and the stacker roller jogs the
last document out of the machine for easy collection when the job is complete.

table-top folding machine, which utilises automatic settings to provide
simplicity of operation. The
electronic memory stores 36 folding functions, so that paper sizes from A5 up to
A3 and folding configurations can be pre-selected by push button. The control
panel displays all functions, including fault finding, and an LED counter for
“total-count”, and “count-down” from a pre-set number.

Duplo DF1000 Suction Folder

suitable for folding short-run litho work, the Duplo DF-1000 is amongst the most
technologically advanced suction fed paper folding machines on the market. Jobs
are quickly setup with automatic sheet size detection and plate setting
combining to streamline the make-ready process. The compact dimensions house the
suction system thereby reducing noise and making it easy to accommodate in
locations where space is limited.
The
five most common folding styles are pre-programmed into the machine and will
automatically setup based on the sheet length. In addition, the built-in memory
