OfficeMailer 2044 Plus Series Folder/Inserters
Based on our ground breaking OfficeMailer Range, we are proud
to introduce the new OfficeMailer4 Plus. Never has a desktop folding and
inserting system been more advance, bring a new level of automation with its
unique Stack 'n' Go feature. capable of processing a wide variety of
applications quickly and efficiently, the small and stylish system offers total
flexibility with its two, three and four station options.
Technical Specifications
From fully automatic Stack ‘n’ Go to full programmability,
the two station system is packed with advanced features. Single documents, such
as letters, invoices and mailshots, can be folded, inserted and sealed in a wide
range of envelopes. An additional insert can also be nested automatically from
the second insert station. Using our advanced double document detection system,
the integrity of every filled envelope is assured.
There is also a fold-only option, when enveloping is not required. As
with the 3 and 4 station, simplicity is the key and the user friendly operator
interface ensures ease of use and optimum mailing efficiency.
As with the two station model, the three station system makes light work of
a huge range of outgoing mail - from invoices and statements to cheques and
mailshots. Fitted with two
automatic sheet feed stations and an automatic insert feeder the system is
capable of cascading between the two sheet feed stations, collating long and
short forms and nesting into them a wide variety of inserts. Simply select a
job, load your stationery and press ‘Start’
Then let the 2044 Plus take care of the rest, producing over 3,000
letters per hour.
Top of the range is the four station model which offers total
automation in a compact desk-top system. The
addition of the fourth station gives increased versatility, allowing three
collated documents and a nested item to be inserted in the envelope.
Whether you need the full intelligence of OMR or the simplicity of hand
feed, from simple documents to complex multi-part mailings, the 2044 Plus four
station system makes anything possible, regardless of format.
The Plockmatic 45 DocuMail is the latest addition to the well proven range of document
finishing products from Plockmatic. The most compact and easy to use mailer available on
the market with unique features such as a 12 mm inserting capacity and with a speed of up
to 3600 inserts/hour makes it also the fastest compact mailer today. Features include :-
jam detection, envelope low detection and stacker full detection. Envelope sizes can be
from 150 x 229 mm to 353 x 300 mm.
On-line with any of the document feeder models Plockmatic 306,
310 or 320 it gives you the option to feed up to 20 individual flat documents into
envelopes or bags automatically. Hand fed, it can take up to 120 sheets 80gsm from laser
printers or copiers and can also handle combinations of catalogues, magazines, booklets,
reply cards/envelopes etc. and flat or folded documents. The unique combination of
features and capacity, previously found only in large and expensive systems, brought into
this compact, operator friendly and cost effective unit makes it the ideal mailer for most
mailing needs in direct mail companies, distribution centres, inplants, quick printers and
copy shops.
Plockmatic 46
Plockmatic 46 MultiFeed is the latest
addition in the Plockmatic Mailing system.
Combined with the document feeder Plockmatic 306/310 and the mailer Plockmatic 45 DocuMail
it offers a fully automatic system for inserting into C4 and C5 envelopes of up to10
different single sheet documents and a saddle/side stapled or glue bound booklet. A cost
effective and compact system with features normally found on larger and far more expensive
