This machine has a high throughput speed due to powerful motor. Its
special cutting rollers perforate, pad and cut the cardboard into the right
format and the patented bearing plates ensure reliable perforation and padding
and eliminate twisting and bending of the cutting rollers - for a trouble free

PacMaster Range
Economical and reliable: the special PacMaster
technique converts empty corrugated board packaging, which previously cost money to
dispose of, into "free" large-volume filler material suitable for packing even
sensitive goods for transport. Click Here to view packaged item)
The PacMaster range are easy to operate, the corrugated board boxes are
simply cut to the required format and any tacked or untidy edges removed in the integrated
preliminary cutter. The standard size guides marked on the working surface and the sliding
guide guarantee accurate cutting, as well as optimum handling when stuffing the packagings
(PacMate does not have the trimmer facility). The strips prepared in this way are fed into
the PacMaster/PacMate, where they automatically pass through the matt shredder and are
turned into bulky stuffing mats by the patented cutting shafts.
There are four models in the range, the difference between them lies in
the different supply voltages and function control which have a major effect on the
machines' performance potential:
