The Model 15xs binds from 3 to 375 sheets within 25 seconds and is designed,
engineered and manufactured to meet the demands of professional binderies, quick printers and
offices alike. Teflon coated plates keep maintenance and cleaning simple and the
machine comes with a cooling rack that can be mounted on the binder itself, or
can stand alone. The process couldn't be simpler, just place your document in
the machine, press the green button and feed in the appropriate strip. The Model
15xs will recognise your strip and automatically adjust the bind time to give
you the strongest bind possible.
No punching, no counting sheets, nothing to measure or
calculate and no unsightly plastic or wire. With the addition of the
PowisPrinter™and Foilfast™ Printer, you can even professionally print your
document spines and A4 covers in seven vibrant colour foils.

The DB-200 is priced and designed as a compact entry-level single clamp
perfect binder, but its fully featured capabilities, automation and productivity
levels extend far beyond expectations making it an extremely feature rich,
competitive binder.

Binding With & Without Covers
The DB-200 offers two binding functions in one compact unit:
•Padding or binding with two covers – one front, one back.

Manual, Automatic Or Padding
The DB-200 can be set to run automatically or manually.
In auto mode, the full benefits of the DB-200 can be realised through the
automation of the clamping, release, nipping and binding functions with minimal
operator intervention and maximum productivity.
Warm-Up
The DB-200 has a quick warm-up time of around 20-25 minutes, with a
display on the LED indicating the status of the glue warm-up time (eg from
Cold01 to Warm10 and finally Hot20).
Stand-by & Self-Test
Should the DB-200 need to be left idle for a period of time, by simply selecting
the stand-by option the glue temperature lowers to avoid the burning and
deterioration of the glue. When ready to use again, simply release it from
stand-by at the touch of a button and within 5 to 8 minutes it will be ready.
During initial warm-up or after stand-by, once the glue temperature has
reached the ideal operating temperature, the DB-200 automatically performs a
self test, stirring the glue in preparation for operation, at which point the
LED will indicate “Ready”.

new environmentally friendly BP300 Perfect Binder is perfect for commercial
printers, copyshops, reprographic departments, print-on-demand units and
inplants. It even brings a piece of print finishing equipment into the
office environment. Superbly designed it will sit alongside any copier. The
innovative binding process means no fuss, no fumes, no noise, no mess and yet so
easy to use. A sturdy unit that gives a unique and permanent finish to perfect
bound books and documents. A
simple touch button control panel operates all functions of the machine. Book
covers are pre-loaded into o pull-out drawer. The operator then places the book
block - from 15 to 200 sheets - into a slot at the top of the machine, presses
the start button, and seconds later the finished book, complete with trimmed
cover, is delivered on a conveyer belt, The process is silent and odourless
thanks to a replaceable deodorising filter inside the cabinet.
Almost
any type of card can be used as book covers (pre-creasing may be necessary for
over 200gsm) The book thickness is automatically detected and the cover is cut
to the exact size. Books of varying thickness can therefore be run together, A
built in jogger aligns the pages and the cover is applied with pin point
accuracy.
The BP300 can bind up to 300 books an hour, The key to its high productivity is
the new glue technology it employs, The hot melt glue is in the form of a
glue-sheet roll which drops into place inside the machine and can be quickly
replaced when exhausted. As the book travels through to collect its cover, it
passes lengthways over the glue application roller which, uniquely, rotates
first in one direction, then the other, to splay the binding edge of the sheets
and coat both sides to a fraction of a millimetre. This eliminates the
need for notching, and all the consequent paper dust and noise generated by
conventional perfect binding machines.
