simple clamping of form sets, books and notepads.

The SRA3 Crease Easy Card Creaser offers a 355mm
creasing width and is designed for Fast & Easy set up and effortless operation.
Factory set side lays and thumbscrew/magnetic back stops ensure accurate and
consistent results.
The Crease Easy efficiently creases paper and card up to 400gsm. The fibre in
the card is compressed between 2pt Steel creasing rule and matrix. The steel
rule forces the card into the matrix channel bonding the fibres together. This
prevents any cracking when the card is folded and is the conventional method
used by Printers & Print finishers across the UK.
The Crease Easy has a 355mm crease width so you can crease cards up to SRA3
short edge. As supplied by the manufacturer the matrix fitted will crease card
up to 400gsm thick. You can however change the bottom matrix and crease card up
to 700gsm. This creaser will also crease laminates etc.
The Crease Easy is very robust and of all steel construction with an offset
rolling cam action ensuring maximum leverage with minimum effort. Fast easy
set-up with measurement guides and magnetic back stops ensure accurate alignment
and positioning of the creases.
The Crease Easy is ideal for creasing card, laminated material, menus, folders,
CD/DVD inlays, scrapbooking and general print finishing from both digital and
litho print sources.
Creasemate 33 & 52 Creasers
Two models are available the 33 which can crease the short edge
of SRA3 and the 52 which can crease the short edge of SRA2. Both machines have
the following features: Simple hand lever action, 2 crease styles are available
as standard - simply turn over the lower creasing die strip to change, back stop
can be set for depth and square, heavy duty welded construction with clear
poly-carbonate plastic cover over creasing frame to assist setting when creasing
